Refund Policy

To reserve a seat in our upcoming digital marketing batches, a token booking fee (or reservation amount) may be paid. Please note that this booking fee is strictly **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**, as it is used to allocate training slots and configure class resources.

We follow a strict timeline-based refund check:

• Refund requests are eligible only if submitted in writing to info@godigitalacademy.com within **48 hours** from the official batch start date.
• No refund requests will be accepted or processed after the first two training sessions.
• Processed refunds will be transferred directly to the student's bank account within **7 to 10 working days** after receiving written approval.

For students who choose our no-cost EMI options or NBFC financing programs, cancellations are subject to the terms and processing charges of our credit partners (Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, Eduvanz, etc.). Cancellation charges or processing fees imposed by these financial entities cannot be refunded by GoDigital Academy.

If a student is unable to attend due to medical emergencies or unforeseen work conflicts, they can request a transfer to the next available batch. Batch transfer requests must be submitted at least **5 days** before the course starts, and are allowed once per enrollment without extra charges.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting a standard **3% payment gateway charge** and any processing or administrative fees incurred during the enrollment transaction. These charges are collected directly by external billing gateways and financial partners and are non-refundable.

If a student has attended more than **2 live classroom or online sessions**, or has accessed and downloaded learning assets, templates, or project materials from the online portal, they automatically forfeit all rights to a course fee refund or cancelation, regardless of the 48-hour signup window.
