By enrolling in courses or accessing GoDigital Academy portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any terms, please do not register for our courses or use our services.

Course registrations are subject to standard verification and payment clearance processes:

• Enrollment is subject to eligibility checks and fee clearance.
• All course fees must be cleared according to the approved schedule (full payment or EMI installment schedules).
• GoDigital Academy reserves the right to suspend classroom or portal access due to default in payments.

All study curriculum, live project worksheets, video recordings, graphics, slides, and learning materials are the exclusive intellectual property of GoDigital Academy. Sharing, distributing, or selling these assets outside authorized channels is strictly prohibited.

While we provide 100% placement support and career facilitation through our hiring partners, students must satisfy the following academic conditions to qualify for recruitment schedules:

• Maintain a minimum of **85% attendance** across all classroom training sessions.
• Successfully submit all weekly assignments and review worksheets on time.
• Pass the internal mock interview drills and course assessments with at least a **70% score**.
• Placement facilitation represents interview opportunities and not a absolute guarantee of employment.

GoDigital Academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, update syllabus topics, or substitute instructors when necessary to maintain training standards.

Our curriculum covers various external tools (like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush). GoDigital Academy is not liable for account suspensions, feature updates, billing changes, or service interruptions on these third-party platforms. In no event shall GoDigital Academy be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from course enrollment.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with course enrollments, payments, or terms of service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
